Afinal, como será o ordenamento jurídico sem o estado? O PNA é uma lei? basta o PNA como lei? Qual a diferença entre jusnaturalismo e juspositivismo? Afinal, o jusnaturalismo cai na guilhotina de hume e portanto devemos abandoná-lo?
